REEAA has established very positive relationships with the government organizations involved in the adoption process overseas. We are aware of all current and impending political developments affecting the adoption process today.

Careful planning and adoption preparation occur throughout the entire adoption process. From the homestudy to document translation, to assisting with finding the right referral, to explaining the travel process in detail, to maneuvering through the bureaucracy, you are never left to fend for yourselves.

REEAA employs a full-time staff of coordinators and translators in Russia who are highly experienced, having been trained and supervised by our Directors. Our English speaking staff meets you at the airport and accompanies you throughout all adoption procedures during your stay abroad and we constantly monitor the progress of your actual adoption.

In many cases, REEAA can arrange independent medical examinations for children prior to adoption. This can provide added peace of mind about the overall medical condition.
